Knitting and Fabric

I love seed stitch. I love the way it looks and the way it feels. I will change garter stitch on patterns and turn it into seed stitch. There is just one small problem, I do not love knitting it. I don't even like knitting it. I have 2 1/2" to knit in fingering weight. A couple of rounds a day. I know it will be worth it.
How great is this fabric? It is Boho by Urban Chiks for Moda.

Seed stitch can drive a person batty but it is indeed lovely. I've heard it's easier if you knit continental ( I knit English) but I've never had the patience to get really good at it. I suspect I'll be a 'thrower' forever but I believe you when you say it will be worth it. Keep on keepin' on!

I love the look and texture of seed stitch too, but it can be a right pain in the backside if you have a fair amount of it to knit.......lovely colour.

You know how much I hate knitting seed stitch, but gee it is pretty :-)

I love seed stitch. It looks so pretty. Since starting to knit in the combined style I have found seed stitch and 1x1 ribbing much easier.

Keep going...it will be worth it. I'm getting back into knitting machine mode with the cooler weather approaching.
