Winter

It finally feels like winter here. I could whinge about head colds, sick children, trying to give them antibiotics, cold houses, non sleeping children, trips to Bunbury with three children etc. Instead here is a picture of some pretty quilt blocks and some magazines I have been reading on the couch.

I listened to my eldest scream him head off outside at 5.30 tonight because he wasn't allowed to go to soccer training due to... erhem...bad behaviour. I know where you are coming from Kate! Love the quilt blocks!

It's the height of Summer here in the Northern Hemisphere. We complain about bad weather but we can't cope with the heat when we get it!! Hope your little ones are better soon.

Hope you are all well soon! The head colds have started here too. Lovely blocks and the magazines look brilliant! I feel a trip to the newsagent coming on. (I would have said the quilt shop, but I ALWAYS feel a trip to the quilt shop coming on.)

oh come on - You have still so great weather there!! just had my father -in-law coming over from Perth W.A and apparently it is +20 over there! I'm jealous! We have summer and +8. And that is a day-time temperature, nights are barely over freezing point...(it is not normal though - even here in Southern Finland to have this cold in June) I want to move to W.A...

(after this little cleansing rant -> love your new blocks. Great colour-work. Again:-) reading your blog is like having a warm breeze on my face. Gorgeous.
